- ThetaZero harkens to any employee’s request to work from home, collaborate with colleagues online, or use flexible schedules (Flexi hours, part-time work, and job sharing). But we will grant this request after a series of reviews from our company executives. Also, these requests will be considered in light of the job requirements and corporate requirements.
