How we deal with discrimination and harassment

Anyone who feels they have experienced harassment or discrimination from the management during one of our online gatherings or events should bring it up with the committee. The committee will look into the complaint while taking input from all parties. An individual who is the subject of a complaint is allowed to respond.

If the complaint involves the entire company, the committee must take steps to prevent future instances of discrimination and must disclose their plans to the members. If someone engages in discriminatory or harassing behavior, ThetaZero’s operation policy will be considered when determining whether to exclude them from the group.

ThetaZero is aware that for this policy to be successful, employees and staff must take the initiative, take ownership of it, and be committed to it. The codes of conduct and recommendations published by the Equality and Human Rights Commission will serve as the basis for this policy work.
