The Goal:
We know that life happens. Our hybrid policy is designed to help you balance your personal life and mental health while keeping our team productive and our clients happy. We want you to have the flexibility to switch between the office and your favorite remote setup.
How It Works:
Eligibility: While most roles at ThetaZero are hybrid-friendly, some tasks that require specific hardware or physical presence might need you to be on-site. Generally, if your job can be done effectively from home, that option is open to you.
Communication: Distance shouldn't mean disconnection. We use specific tools to stay in sync, and we ask everyone to respect our established response times and check-in procedures.
The Right Tools: We’ll make sure you have the tech you need to be productive. In return, we ask that you treat the equipment with care and follow our security protocols to keep our data safe.
Trust & Performance: We don't watch the clock; we look at results. We expect everyone to be available during their planned work hours, but we also trust you to manage your time effectively.
