Work-life balance policies are guidelines that companies or organizations follow to ensure that the employees and other staff of the company give their best for the company’s growth. These practices are deliberate organizational changes in programs or organizational culture. And their design is to help reduce work-life conflict.

Therefore, work-life balance initiatives can be benefits, policies, or programs that help create a better balance between the demands of the job and the healthy management of life outside of work. This is the capacity of an employee to complete tasks before deadlines while still finding time for friends, hobbies, adequate rest, and nutrition.

Policy Guidelines

  • ThetaZero harkens to any employee’s request to work from home, collaborate with colleagues online, or use flexible schedules (Flexi hours, part-time work, and job sharing). But we will grant this request after a series of reviews from our company executives. Also, these requests will be considered in light of the job requirements and corporate requirements.
  • We provide a private Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that offers guidance and counseling to staff members and their families. This helps our employees resolve issues that might impair their performance or productivity at work.
  • We provide employees with relevant technology to ensure they can stay connected while working remotely. Our employees have access to software and applications approved by the company, including collaboration tools and email.
  • In addition to paid vacation, sick, and personal days, we also give our workers paid time off.
  • ThetaZero provides wellness programs like stress-reduction workshops for its staff members to promote their health and well-being.
